Requirements:
•University degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economics preferred
•Minimum 1,5 year of experience in accountancy in one of: AR/AP/GL area
•Very good German/Czech/French/Turkish/Dutch/Bulgarian/Italian/Spanish language (AP/AR/GL) skills and good English skills are required
•Good analytical skills
•Ability to enhance process and controls
•Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
•Ability to work under pressure
•Transition experience will be an advantage |
Zakres obowiązków :

For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Accountant with English/German/Czech/French/Turkish/Dutch/Bulgarian/Italian/Spanish language (AP/AR/GL)
Transition phase:
•Develop an understanding of the current state processes
•Perform AR/AR/GL daily tasks on site
•Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
•Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the AP/AR/GL areas
•Establish very good relationship with the client
•Identify potential quick improvements within the processes
Delivery phase:
•Maintain AR/AR/GL scope as described above
•Responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
•Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
•Support Team Leader
