- Experience with Oracle and Hyperion
- Fluent English, other European language will be great advantage

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company based in Bratislava. Our client is looking for:
Collections Manager
Workplace: Bratislava
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a collection function for a specific geography or business unit that improves cash flow by -coordinating, driving, and escalating all collection activities for designated area of responsibility in a timely and professional manner
- Manages an established collections function within a Shared Service Center, supporting a region’s business activities
- Ensures that collections for the region are completed in a timely & effective manner, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Holds Collections team members, including supervisors, accountable for maintaining continuous follow-up with customers and branch personnel to obtain timely payment and/or timely dispute resolution
- Reviews selected IT tool reports and queues to determine that SSC Collections is correctly following strategies for collection
- Instructs SSC Collections to perform account reconciliation for over and duplicate payments in a timely manner to ensure payment discrepancies are resolved
- Utilizes internal escalation of non disputed invoices to report to direct staff on necessary actions to collect
- Reviews all escalated collection issues and determines best process to move forward in cooperation with SSC leadership and the business as necessary |
