Our Client, well established organization with the service center in Krakow is currently looking for:
Specifically, you will:
•Process non-automated purchase requirements, ensuring orders are properly documented and approved,
•Liaise with Purchasing Executives and e-Requisition system provider to ensure local catalogues are uploaded and operational in the e-Requisition system.
•Check that agreed items and price lists are updated and displayed in the e-Requisition system according to contractual agreements.
•Monitor ordering processes whether placed through eRequisitioning or SAP
•Monitor products/services availability, quantities, quality and delivery time.
•In coordination with the relevant Purchasing Executive(s), Finance/Law departments and suppliers, handle customer claims regarding products/services quality, quantity and/or delivery terms, as well as returns of defect products. |
Zakres obowiązków :
|
Requirements:
•University degree in Business Administration or Economics
•Minimum 1 year of experience in transactional Purchasing with exposure to a multinational environment, preferably within a FMCG company.
•Background in Supply Chain/Procurement would be an asset
•Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
•Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
•Fluency in English both oral and written
•Fluency in French both oral and written would be an asset |
