-Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Helpdesk, BPO/SSC
-Knowledge of Ms Office
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to coordinate high pressure situations by involving the appropriate resources as necessary |

Responsibilities
-Serving customer’s technical questions in French or Italian or German or Portuguese (Brazilian) or Spanish
-Resolving of technical customer’s problems
-Cooperation with Helpdesk and the other technical support
-Registrations of problems in the system
